La Tosca opened on November 3rd, 2006, in the the Bellagio Harbor Village in Osprey, Florida. La Tosca’s signature dish is Angello al’Abbruzzese, braised lamb shank in a light tomato sauce serve over a bed of parmesan risotto with green peas and mushrooms.
